Anko was not in that team, she was a student of Orochimaru and he gave her the curse seal.
Madara is OLD way too old to be in that team since he was an adult and clan leader before Konoha was even formed. The person next to Minato is not an Uchiha, doesn’t look anything LIKE an Uchiha.

The young ninja on the left is probably a Sarutobi because he wears clothes very similar to the ones of Hiruzen. It would be nice if he was Konohamaru’s father, an older brother of Asuma. The kunoichi remains totally a mistery. I wonder what Kishimoto already knows about that team.
Note also how only Namikaze Minato and Jiraiya are facing us. More, the shinobi in the middle is even turning her head in the opposite direction of yondaime, with a seemingly angry mood. Could that mean a rivalry? Maybe she’s jealous?
Oh I dream for the Manga or Filler that will end our endless doubts…
